The Product Details page displays comprehensive information about a specific batch, including lab test results, brand information, and consumer reviews.
Accessing Product Details
You can access a Product Details page in several ways:
- Scan a Databis QR Code on a cannabis product or enter a Databis QR Code Serial Number manually
- Tap on a product in My Library
Product Overview
At the top of the page, you'll find key product information:
- Product Image: Visual representation of the batch
- Strain Name: The cannabis strain, hyperlinked to the Strain Details page
- Batch ID: Unique identifier for this specific batch
- Product Type and Sub Type: Classification details (e.g., Concentrate, Live Rosin Badder)
- Overall Star Rating: Average rating and total number of reviews
- Brand Name: Manufacturer of the product, hyperlinked to the Brand Details page
Collecting Products
If you access a Product Details page by scanning a QR Code or entering a Serial Number, you'll see a code entry field. Enter the security code to collect the product and add it to your library. See the Collecting Products article for more information
Certificate of Analysis
The Certificate of Analysis section displays verified lab test results for the batch, divided into four subsections:
This section shows the top 3 most concentrated cannabinoid compounds (% by weight), along with:
- Total THC: Combined THC content
- Total CBD: Combined CBD content
- Total Cannabinoids: Sum of all cannabinoids present
Click "View All" to see a complete list of all tested cannabinoids. Each cannabinoid name is hyperlinked to educational information about that compound.
This section displays the top 3 most concentrated terpene compounds (% by weight), along with the Total Terpenes present in the batch.
Click "View All" to see a complete list of all tested terpenes. Each terpene name is hyperlinked to educational information about that compound.
The Lineage section shows the genetic parents—the cultivars (strains) that were crossed to create this particular strain.
At the bottom of the Certificate of Analysis section, you'll find two important links:
- View Batch Details on Chain: Opens the Product Blockchain Details page, showing tamper-proof, permanently accessible on-chain data for this batch
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) PDF: Opens the original lab test certificate imported directly from the testing facility
Batch Notes
The Batch Notes section contains comments directly from the brand that produced this product. These notes are specific to this batch and may include observations about aroma, appearance, or other unique characteristics that distinguish this batch from others.
Reviews
The Reviews section displays feedback from verified consumers who have collected this product. Reviews include:
- Reviewer name & Review date
- Individual ratings (out of 5) for Look, Smell, Taste, and Strength
- Star rating (out of 5), the mathematical average of the individual ratings
- Review text (optional)
Batch-Specific Reviews
Reviews marked with "From this batch" are from consumers who collected this exact batch. These reviews are most relevant to the product you're viewing.
Click "View All" to see all reviews. From the full reviews page, you can toggle between:
- Reviews from this batch: Feedback specific to this batch
- Reviews from previous batches: Historical feedback from earlier production runs of this strain from this Brand
Reviews are listed from newest to oldest by default.
