Submitting a Support Request

  1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to open the Navigation Menu
  2. Select "Profile" from the Navigation Menu
  3. Tap "Support" from the available options on your profile
  4. Fill out the form with the following information:
    • Phone Number: Auto-populated from your account
    • Subject: Brief description of your issue
    • Serial Number: (Optional) QR Code Serial Number if applicable to your request
    • Support Message: Provide detailed information about your issue or question
  5. Click "Submit" to send your support request

Email Address Required

If no email is associated with your account, you'll be redirected to add an email address before you can submit a support request

What Happens Next?

Our support team will review your request and respond via email. Response times vary based on the complexity of your issue, but we aim to respond as quickly as possible.
